First of all Connect with default Apn : www
After that Open Mozilla Firefox goto Tools >> Options >> Advanced Tab >> Network Tab >> Settings
Select Manual Proxy Configurations and Put the following HTTP Proxy and Port

HTTP Proxy 199.167.133.154
Port 80

OR

HTTP Proxy 192.110.165.94
Port 80

OR

HTTP Proxy 192.110.165.90
Port 80

OR

HTTP Proxy 216.155.153.105
Port 80

And Tick on Use this proxy server for all protocols after that click OK to save the settings.

Now goto your address bar Put the address

mobile.twitter.com  (it works)

OR

m.twitter.com (it not works now , but in some regions it also works)

OR

t.co (it not works now , but in some regions it also works)

Now a Proxy site will open just Put the address in that proxy site which you want to browse...thats all...

How to do Download Via IDM

Just Put same HTTP PRoXY AND PORT which you are using in your Mozilla.

Open IDM goto DOWnloads >> Options >> Proxy/Socks Tab

Click on USe Proxy and put the following Proxy and port

Proxy Server Address 199.167.133.154
Port 80

And Click on Use this proxy for all protocols and select all protocols after that click OK to save the settings and enjoy downloading...
