Required Settings to Make it Works
You need to first download operaMini Handler for Android and jAva
Download OperaMini HUI for Android and Java
After that Make new profile with the following settings..
ApN : www
Proxy : 80.239.243.210
Port : 80
After that install downloaded Operamini on your mobile and apply following settings...
Select Proxy type as : HTTP
And put the http host as m.twitter.com
Just save the settings and enjoy free 3G on Vodafone

i downloaded config and the connection established with host but my whole net balance deducted and now it is not connecting, i am for delhi.
@freeanon:i always suggest to use any trick low balance.anyway use this trick at Zero balance it must work..and it gives very high speed as compare to vpn......
where can i put the http host as m.twitter.com
there n opt 4 this .. plz help
