Hii friends i am back again with the new Gprs Trick For BSNL via Proxy.
Create New Setting:
APN : celloneportal
PROXY : 192.168.87.163
192.168.51.163
PORT : 8080
HomePage : www.google.com
Save the Settings and restart your mobile , plz comment here if this work for you...
