First of all download OperaMini Handler for your Java or Android Mobile

Download OperaMini HUI for Android and Java

After that install downloaded Operamini on your mobile and apply following settings...

It works with default settings i.e APN:  airtelgprs.com , No other proxy or port needed.

After that Run OperaMini HUI do the following settings..

Select Proxy type as  RealHost
And put the RealHost : ic.bsbportal.com

Just save the settings and enjoy free browsing and downloading...
